Welcome to 640 Cattle Company!
We are a family owned ranch in North East Saskatchewan. We are a Verified Beef Production Plus operation.
We raise commercial Simmental cattle, and Berkshire Hogs. Calving typically starts in February, and we farrow in the spring and fall. The hogs are born outdoors, and by open-farrow. We do not dock tails or teeth. We offer breeding stock, as well as market animals; beef and pork.
Finished beef are fed and finished on a diet of hay, grain with only necessary minerals added for the animals well-being. The hogs are fed a grain ration with added minerals, also only necessary for the animals well-being. No growth hormones, or implants of any kind are used.
Only quality, young animals are offered for sale; you will only ever purchase beef or pork from us that we would put in our own freezer for our family!
Our Offerings
Beef is available by true quarters (you get an equal share of the front and back quarter), half, and whole.
Hogs are sold by the half or whole.
From time to time, we also offer smaller meat packages, and ground beef.
