  • A contact form that forwards to your email without showing it
  • Your logo, a photo gallery and every contact link you want

How to get it: add or claim your market below. Once we've approved it, choose "Upgrade to Market Premium" on your market dashboard. We'll invoice you, and it switches on when it's paid.

1 Verify it's you

We check every new market by hand, then email this address a link to sign in and manage it. It stays private — it's never shown on your page unless you also add it as a contact method below.

Use an email your board keeps year to year, like [email protected]. It becomes your login.

Where can we find this email published?

Seeing it on the market's own website or social page is the fastest way for us to confirm you run it.

Not needed if you chose "Not published" — we'll check with the market another way.

2 How customers contact you

Choose the one way shoppers and vendors can reach the market. It's shown publicly on your page. Market Premium shows as many as you like.

3 Location

Place the pin where the market is held. It shows on the public map exactly there.

Filled in when you place your pin. You can also paste coordinates from Google Maps.

4 When it runs

One line per schedule, e.g. “Saturdays 8–1, May to October” and “Wednesdays 3–7 from July”.

We check every new market before it goes on the map.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything?

No. A market page is free, forever. Market Premium ($179/year + GST and PST) is optional.

Can non-food vendors be on our page?

With Market Premium, yes: crafts and other vendors can be on your list by name. Only farms and food producers get their own listing on the map.

Our board changes every year. What happens?

Use an email the board keeps. If it changes, the new manager claims the page again and we move it over.
